Will drinking green tea help me lose weight?

Everywhere you go you hear about green tea weight loss benefits.  Even in diet supplement and the answer is no, most likely not.  It will although keep your weight consistent at where it currently is.  Another tea you shouldn't drink if you're trying to lose weight is Oloong, or also known as black.  It helps fight greasy food but does not, in my experience. Shed off the pounds.  In conclusion the best recommended tea for losing weight would have to be Jasmine tea.
